On 13 February 2018 I established contact with the president of the museum and located the microfilm where all the documents we have digitized and have received are held so that we could possibly get the archives about the base digitized into a higher resolution. He also informed me that he has another roll of microfilm that held every issue of the base paper titled The Scoop and he gave us permission to use it if we could find someone to digitize it. I inquired about accessing the display at the museum that they have on the base itself to make copies and take photos of what we need for our project and about possibly gaining access to the last remaining building from the base that is on the air field but was informed that it has changed significantly but that he has photos of it before the changes that have taken place and has allowed us to use those photographs.
