Over the weekend I have been working on getting all images from the archives that we have access to that are relevant to the pages I have taken on as mine. I have been building the pages and adding to them. The pages that I personally have taken control of are the; Peachy, Blitz Hangar, Economic Benefits, Interactions, and Concert Hall, pages. I made an image for the Pueblo and the Air Base splash page that represents the title with an image of Pueblo that I made black and white next to a photo of aircraft flying over the air base, most likely during one of their training exercises. I have been continuing work on building these pages and adding as much information as I can to help visitors of the Scalar learn about the economic benefits that the base had on Pueblo during its brief existence and plan to start on the interactions page shortly so that visitors will learn about the immense affect that the base had on shaping Pueblo during and after the war. I found a fantastic source that talks about a lot of this on historycolorado.org as well as Pueblo as a whole entity. I have pulled all the necessary newspaper article clippings that will help to supplement these pages. I also took it upon myself to make it easier for the group to find their pages that they are in charge of completing by making all the pages and putting them in order where they belong based off of the tentative plan that I had made so that all that they had to do was go in and edit their respective pages with information and media.
